Brookside 1 & 2 are Class A office buildings in Alpharetta. The project consisted of a full
demo and build back including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
This construction was completed while the building was occupied and required significant
coordination and detailed scheduling.

This project had a strict time requirement and Paryani was able to effectively stack activities
to deliver it on the exact date stated during preconstruction. This resulted in the client
being able to close out their capital spend on time and on budget.

The scope of work included renovating nine floors of men’s and women’s restrooms, nine
floors of common corridors, nine floors of elevator lobbies, a new fitness center, new
property management office, multiple spec suites, and tenant buildouts.

This project included preconstruction services.
