The Mouth Peace Dental construction project was a complex undertaking, as it involved the construction of a fully functional dental practice with seven examination bays, an x-ray area, and a variety of custom finishes. In addition to the standard construction work, the project also required the installation of heavy mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to support the dental operation. This included the installation of medical gas, compressed air, and redundant backup systems to ensure the safety and efficiency of the practice. This project also featured an open ceiling concept, which presented additional challenges for our team. The MEP systems had to be installed overhead, but could not be visible, which required a great deal of precision and attention to detail. Our team had to carefully plan and execute the installation of these systems to ensure that they were both functional and concealed from view. Despite the added difficulty, the open ceiling concept added to the overall aesthetic appeal of the practice and provided a modern, welcoming atmosphere for patients.
