The project consisted of a new base building for the North Fulton Community Charities Group to use for housing additional donated canned food items. The building was delivered using the design-build delivery method and was funded partly by the City of Roswell. Since this project received federal funding, Paryani Construction was required to carry David-Bacon wages on this project and file additional reports with the federal and local governments. The project was fully bonded.

The actual construction consisted of numerous spread footings, along with a pre-engineered metal building with insulated exterior panels, girts, purlins, and insulated roof panels. A new electrical service was provided along with small unit heaters and wireless thermostats.

The building was completed while normal operations persisted presenting unique challenges with drop offs and pickups. Work was completed around and in between end users with minimal impact over the course of construction.

This project did include preconstruction services and was delivered via design-build.
